1) How long will it take to make my video testimonial? 

It will take anywhere from 1-2 days to create and deliver your video, depending on the package you have selected.  If there are any sort of delays with your video testimonial, you will be notified via email.

2)  What happens if I don’t like the video testimonial?  Will you perform a redo? 

We will perform a maximum of 2 (two) redos for each video testimonial, if necessary.

3) Do you have real people doing your video testimonials?  What languages do they speak? 

Yes, we use real, professional and trained people to perform our video testimonials.  Since we are providing a professional video testimonial service, we are going to use quality people to make the videos.  Our video testimonials are mostly in English, although we can make exceptions for other languages.  Please specify what language you would like your video testimonial to be in.
